The rain in the evening today, Balanced the stress of the day, The pleasant breeze; as calling for the mind's joy, Is a shower of blessings to enjoy. The trees in the field; sing the song of the tender, Pay a gratitude,as lucky to wonder! And pray the Lord to pour more, As this is the shower - not to ignore. The sprinkles of the sacred pour, Is the heavenly openings of the glee door, Blessing the whole world with the precious gift, Yes! This rain is the shower of blessings to lift.
