The Child in me.

To the child I once carried within, you mistook your stillness for absence, your solitude for emptiness. But even then, you were a quiet cathedral — holding echoes only you could hear. Every hesitation, every fracture was merely the architecture of a stronger becoming. And now— I speak with the voice you silenced, I walk with the spine you bent, I bloom in the space you once feared. You were not a shadow waiting for light— you were the light, learning its own name.
